We bring together thought leaders, researchers, and policy-makers to exchange ideas and collaborate on effective solutions to the challenges of the 21st century.
Research and Innovation faces constant challenges amidst economic, political and cultural forces that impact universities and research organizations seeking to make a difference to our world. The University for Sustainability envisions a key role in shaping the research environment through the strategic combination of policy research, innovative practice and research leadership networks.
Member universities and research organizations face increasing challenges present in emergent and current issues of impact to research and innovation. In partnership with its members, the policy community and international organizations, the University for Sustainability applies knowledge to practice and policy in research and innovation, strengthens institutional capacity and raises members' profiles to meet funding challenges in the context of international competition.
The University for Sustainability convenes groups of higher education university leadership and experts to build members' institutional capacities, benchmark practices and internationalization strategies, and to form partnerships with international organisations. Our annual meetings address issues in research strategy and productivity, and collaborative research impact.
