The University for Sustainability is governed by its Board of Directors and Council, which provide strategic leadership and the voice of our members respectively. For details see the University for Sustainability Bylaws.
Board of Directors: The University for Sustainability's Board is its highest governing body and has general responsibility for the University’s strategic development and setting the main priorities, including finances and staffing. The Board is made up of elected individuals who serve in their personal capacities on behalf of the University. University Council: Each associated member of the University for Sustainability is represented in the Council, which oversees our program development and the direction of the organization. The Council also acts as a forum of consultation, networking and cooperation between all members. To address the Council's general responsibilities, Council Committees are maintained. Council member representatives and committee members meet annually. Executive Leadership Team: The University for Sustainability's day-to-day activities shall be overseen by a President and Vice-Presidents, who shall collectively form the Executive Leadership Team.
